As the boiler is a special equipment, in order to ensure its normal operation, avoid accidents and maintain the normal service life of the boiler, the daily operation of the boiler should be operated strictly according to the following requirements:

1.Boiler personnel must obtain the boiler engineer certificate issued by the municipal bureau of quality and technical supervision before operating (this requirement has been emphasized by the bureau of quality and technical supervision when the boiler is checked and accepted).

2.to strengthen water quality management, the steam boiler will be fouled due to the continuous evaporation of boiler water. Moreover, if the boiler water concentration is too high, the phenomenon of steam boiling will occur, leading to the occurrence of false water level of the boiler.

3. The operating water level gauge should be kept clean in daily use to avoid the observation of the impact of pollution on water level and the occurrence of boiler accidents caused by false water level due to scale accumulation in water connection pipe and douce.For this purpose, a flush test should be conducted daily.

4. Daily sewage operation: due to the possibility of causing the douce of the sewage discharge device, such as the slag of scale, at least once a day must be discharged to maintain its normal operation.Discharge method: the water level of the boiler is at the normal high water level before discharge and the boiler pressure is between 0.1-0.2mpa. In line with the principle of "regular discharge, less discharge and even discharge" (at least once a day), it is carried out on short and intermittent intervals, that is, the discharge valve is closed after opening and then opened again after closing for several times, and the water level can be kept at the normal low water level.Remember not to empty the boiler.

5. Daily maintenance in order to prevent air corrosion on the boiler and affect the normal service life of the boiler, when the boiler is stopped, the boiler should be cut off under normal pressure and the main steam valve and the water inlet valve of the boiler should be closed in time to prevent air from entering the boiler.When starting the furnace, open the water inlet valve of the boiler first, open the overall power supply of the boiler, and open the main steam valve to make the exhaust pressure rise. Close the valve when the pressure reaches 0.1-0.15mpa, and then open the valve to air supply when the pressure reaches the normal working pressure.
