We bring to our customer integrated services including boiler design, fabrication, installation, maintenance and replacement of boiler parts (including membrane wall, drum, header, superheater, economizer, evaporator, gen bank, H-fin economizer, spiral fin tube, air preheater, flue, heat exchanger etc.). Design and Manufacturing capacity:
. Design and manufacture industrial boiler, waste heat boiler, and boiler for power plant;
. Capable to do boiler redesign of heating surface for power plant boilers;
. Two automatic coil production lines, hot bending to minimum bending radius 0.6 D;
. Horizontal and vertical panel bending machines, submerged arc panel auto-welding machines, capable to fabricate water wall panels for up to for power plant boilers (600MW or 1000MW);
. Produce boiler drum or pressure vessel, maximum thickness up to 150mm;
. Fabricate cyclone separators in CFB boiler, and fabricate different materials of header in accordance with Chinese standard(GB), ASME, or EN codes;
. 10 Different kinds of heat treatment equipments, can do normalizing, tempering and stainless steel solid solution.
